How a prize is priced
Token amount = AUD prize value ÷ the time-weighted average $HOUSEMONEY price in AUD over the 7 days ending when the week is finalized. Fixed once; never re-priced. A payout over 5,000,000 tokens is held for review. Prizes won before the token trades are priced at the first full 7-day window after launch.
- $HOUSEMONEY/USD price: Jupiter Price API, sampled every 5 minutes.
- AUD/USD rate: European Central Bank reference rate via Frankfurter, applied to every sample. Raw USD price and rate are stored with each sample.
Judging criteria
Every cup is stamped with the judging version in force when it started. A published version is never edited; changes get a new version and apply only to cups that start after publication. Current: v1.

Daily rank by chips at the lock (open slips at stake); ties by higher return on stake, then fewer settled bets. Points 100/80/65, 50→30 for 4th–10th, 20 to 50th, 10 to 100th, 2 for playing; +15 ROI bonus to the top 20% with 5+ settled bets; half points for a first slip 18h+ after the Drop. Week = best 5 of 7; ties by best day, then fewer bets. Prize eligibility: 15+ settled sports bets, no slip over 16.00, no stake over 25% of the Drop. Racing excluded.

Fairness
Sports slips settle from official final scores (ESPN) and are re-checked for 24 hours in case a result is corrected; any correction is recorded on the slip. Every Neon Downs race is committed before betting opens and verifiable by anyone.
